Join me for a sultry dance series exploring the Jamaican Wining Techniques, led by the sensational dancer, physiotherapist, and personal trainer, Christina "Chriss Choreo" Gonzalez.
In Chriss's Wining Wednesdays sessions, each lasting one hour, participants will immerse themselves in the three core components of Wining: Flexibility and Range of Motion Training, Muscular Strength and Endurance, and Stability Training. Expect to learn and master choreography that hones your dancing finesse, whether it's for stage performances or intimate bedroom role play!
This program welcomes individuals of all skill levels, from beginners and those with "two left feet" to intermediate and advanced dancers.
