Knees over 40 are not the same, lol, but it was so much fun!
The taste of Samba with Iman and the bruk out with HappyFeet were such a nice touch.
I love how it's growing and will support it as best as I can.

I am interested in Rio 2027 Samba group, and will manifest as best as possible to join. My own mission is to study with traditional midwives around the world, so I would try to connect with some Orixa sistrens and birthworkers there, if possible.

Looking forward to keeping the connection.

What i liked ?
1. Communication pre and during the session

2. The support staff were friendly and helpful

3. Informative-history anout Samba and Kumina

4.separting the class in groups to allow each person to learn the samba moves

5. Checkin by Chriss to request feedback during the class

6. The energy of the dancehall segment

What needs improvement

1. The recording of the class was not declared during the class promotional details. In the future this should be declared so individuals are aware. For some people a safe space means they are not recorded fo their personal privacy

2. The space was tight so some of the fance routines wereuncomfortable.

3. During the class I wish it ncluded Chriss giving persons feedback if they are doing the moves correctly and if not tips to improve so person leave with new techniques especially during the floor routines at the beginning.

Learning something new was a great experience. I enjoyed all the sessions especially the Samba!

The stage was set for me before the session. The organization and communication made it clear to me that this was going to be topetear. The mediation at the start was very meaningful for me. The entire 3 hours was all vibrant and powerful positive energy. I’m ready for next week’s session 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
