Happy repeat customer!

I love Chriss and her classes! The community aspect of it is really motivating too. I have done her recordings and her live classes and they’re both great, but I love the feedback we get in the live classes. She works you hard and I’ve learned some really effective new stretches from her as well. She’s always so upbeat and fun, can’t wait for the next session to start!!

Just sign up sis! You won’t regret it

Long time ChrissFit client and the bootcamp challenge has given me more results than any other fitness program I’ve joined. I have pre-existing back pain and my full body strength has improved so much that the pain in my back has significantly subsided. Don’t get me started on the glute gains! My glute journey has been a long one bc I had sleepy bum syndrome, but babyyyyy they are alive and well now! I still have a way to go but I feel so much stronger throughout my body and the consistency is helping my mental health bc I’m not miserable from pain like I used to be. Thank you Chriss for your continued dedication and for your patience with me and my 21 questions every session 🫶🏽

Best workout program I’ve ever done. If you’re on the fence; sign up- it is worth it

Great workout! I felt the music giving me energy between sets 💪 I’m so impressed with how I started with the lightest weights on day 1 feeling like I’d give up half way and now I can lift 10 to 15 lbs consistently. This is the most gains I’ve seen in an online program ❤️ I feel healthier and like I’m in a community of like minded women. 🤗❤️ congrats to all of us.

ChrissFit 20-Day Boot Camp Review

I just finished ChrissFit’s 20-day boot camp, and it was exactly what I needed. The workouts were intense but structured in a way that pushed me without burning me out. There were always modifications available for every skill level, so there was no excuse for me not to show up. Every session had a purpose, which made it easier to stay locked in and consistent.

For me, this challenge didn’t start with the boot camp. I had already kicked off ChrissFIT’s 100 Days Challenge in December, kept it going into the new year, and on January 1st, I officially started 75 Hard. I’ve been putting in serious work ever since. This boot camp was the perfect addition to my daily hikes, usually 45 minutes to an hour, and my indoor resistance training with Chriss.

Strength training is building my muscle, my endurance is sharper than ever, and mobility work keeps me from breaking down. Dance Fridays with ChrissChoreo are my favorite. The energy, the movement, the music 🎶 it all comes together in the best way, and it’s the perfect way to close out the week while still getting in a solid workout.

One thing I really love about this program is the daily live sessions. Having a set time to train makes it easier to stay consistent because I know I’m going to show up. I can and will do the workouts on my own if need be, however it’s just not the same! The live classes bring a different kind of energy and make it that much more fun ✨

Another thing I appreciated was the focus on nutrition. Learning how to fuel my body the right way made a huge difference, and now I’m seeing even more changes. This time, the progress is real, and I understand that what I eat matters just as much as how I train. Diet is 80% of it, and training makes up the other 20%.

The changes I’ve experienced go beyond just looking stronger; I have noticed a complete shift in how I think. Pushing myself through these workouts has taught me discipline, patience, and resilience in a way I never expected. Chriss said something that really stuck with me: “Working out builds emotional resilience.” I didn’t realize how true that was until I started feeling it for myself.

Since starting this journey, I’ve seen results I’ve never seen before. It’s a beautiful thing. I used to try to rush the process, but now I understand the power of slowing down, trusting the work, and actually enjoying the journey.

If you’re looking for a quick fix, this isn’t for you. But if you’re ready to commit, push yourself, and build real discipline, this boot camp will change you!!

Not Just A Workout!

Working out with Chriss gives you the physical results
You desire, but there is more. I recently had surgery and
because I work out with Chriss, my vitals were excellent!
The doctors and anesthesiologist were grateful to see
numbers that gave them confidence to do my surgery. So
when you chose Bootcamp with Chriss also think about the bigger benefit of how her program impacts your overall
