Program Regulations and Policies

  • Program Duration: Three months, starting from the first session.
  • Session Schedule: Three sessions per week, each lasting one hour.
  • Cost: $1000 USD, payable prior to commencing the program and/or within five days of program or plan expiry.
  • Commencement: Must start within 14 days from purchase; otherwise, no refund, and client placed on a waiting list.

Feeling Strong, Confident, and Energized Thanks to Chris

I am someone who does not like lifting heavy things. My joints are weak, and I spend so much time working that at the end of the day I just want to relax. What drew me to Chris' plans was the music and energy. I am from the Caribbean, and having a trainer who could match that energy was so important.

Everything changed after I signed up for Chris' boot camp and saw immediate results in my strength and endurance.

I reached out for 1:1 classes to get the additional help I needed in time for my wedding. WOW. Chris does not play around. She pushed me each session to keep progressing with heavier weights and more advanced exercises. I appreciate that she understands female biology and was able to help me make adjustments as needed to account for my cycle and overall energy.

I recently was traveling to the airport and had a bag that I was sure weighed 50 lbs because I could barely lift it into the car... it was 64 lbs, 14 pounds overweight! I had gotten stronger.

Thanks, Chris. I will keep these practices going. I feel stronger in my day-to-day life, have more stamina on stage, and feel better in my clothes.

Best trainer ever!!

Doing 1:1 personal training with Chriss has been one of the most transformative things I have done for my health. Previously, I was struggling with gaining muscle and was fatigued from my workouts. Chriss taught me how to exercise more effectively and safely. She will never push you beyond your limits and is attentive to your body’s needs during hormonal changes. I have now put on pounds of muscle and can lift my suitcases safely while traveling without worrying about injuring myself. I feel stronger, more functional and more secure in my body, and I owe it all to Chriss’s fantastic teaching anilities and immense knowledge. I’m also very busy, and am grateful that Chriss has been so flexible with our trainings and also provides guides for when I’m traveling. Thank you Chriss Fit!!!
