ONE MONTH NUTRITION CONSULTATION & MEAL PLAN

I was one month into working out with Chris, who kept telling me I needed a meal plan to truly reach my goals. I had started training after being sick a lot in 2024 and wanted to hit some health and body goals in time for my wedding in May.

That is when I started working with Shaniqueka. I had already lost 5 pounds with workouts alone, but I stalled after that. Her meal planning changed everything.
