TRIAL ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING BY CHRISS CHOREO

I started with the 1-month trial and loved it. It was convenient, personalized, and easy to follow, so I committed to the 3-month training right after. Before I joined, I struggled to stay consistent and dealt with joint pain, but now I’m making progress, feeling stronger, and noticing less stiffness with the workouts Chriss designs for me. I love being able to wake up and get a full workout right in my living room from the comfort of my home.

I’ve been training with Chriss for over a year now, starting with her group classes and challenges, and I’ve fallen in love with her approach. She’s patient, encouraging, and truly customizes everything to fit your body and goals it’s never one-size-fits-all. Working with her has reminded me what it feels like to believe in myself again. This journey is giving me back my confidence, my peace, and my joy. I can’t recommend her enough. Five stars for sure!!

It was great working with Christina as she is so knowledge about what she is doing/teaching and how intentional she is making sure you doing the exercises correctly and keeping your form. Where you are weak, she makes adjustments and modification. You are comfortable knowing it is not a sprint but a marathon that will be for your benefit in the long term. Great teacher, very thoughtful!

Chris is not only passionate but also highly skilled, with a background as a personal trainer, physiotherapist, and dancer. She truly understands the body, especially the female body & brings incredible discernment and attunement to her work. Her targeted feedback has been invaluable in helping me reach my goals. I’ve been both satisfied and pleasantly surprised by how effective her online support has been. I highly recommend her program!
